Electronic Bar Briefs

Electronic Bar Briefs (EBB) is an e-mail service that delivers short synopses of each Court of Appeals and Court of Special Appeals decision, in a given practice area.

HOW DO SUBSCRIBE?

Click the "Login" link above. After you have logged in enter your e-mail address where the Electronic Bar Briefs will be sent.

After logging into EBB you can choose from 12 different practice areas.

WHAT DOES IT COST

The Electronic Bar Briefs are a free service to members in of the MSBA.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The staff at the Daily Record receives each court opinion the day it is issued. The reporter generates a short description of the case and the holding. The synopsis is then broadcast to your e-mail box. Every morning, the synopsis of each decision from the prior day, in the subject areas you choose, will be waiting in your e-mail box

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES?

Changing to your subscriptions or email address is easy. Log in and follow the same steps as above when you subscribed, making any changes to the list of practice areas.

Finally, click on the "Apply Changes" button to record the changes.
