2009/2010 ANNUAL REPORT:
|
This Section conducted a survey to determine areas of
interest to its members, and, as a result, instituted a series
of low-cost, CLE Mini-Programs. It held its first Mini-
Program, "Representing the Government – Privilege and
Ethics Issues", in March, followed by "Adopting Regulations
the Right Way" in April, with additional Mini-Programs in
development. The Section, in response to the results of the
survey, now offers Legislative Updates on bills of interest to
state and local governments during the legislative session. It
is currently planning a social event for its members, to allow
for networking and discussion.
